Project Description

For the Jardin 966 Project, the client is from Qanvast. After shortlisting us out of 5. They engage our services. Client wanted a to up their new home to suit a family of 4 and the husband parents. They wanted the place to have the Scandinavian vibe – after brain storming with them, they decided to go with the modern Sandi.

Design approach

The reason they have some sentimental furniture they will like to incorporate into their Scandinavian theme. Which 1 furniture have a bit of red wood element colour and the others are mostly a little of modern touch. Which were placed in master room and living area.

Whole renovation took about 2.5 months to complete. Ahead of client given schedule as we were working with a tight timeline as their current place is already sold.

Living Room:

New house living area had a lovely marble floor which we kept and only repolish to bring out the shine. They have 2 teenage girls so storage was a main point. A storage plus display cabinet was done in the living which can showcase their daughters art-works. Mom love making pottery, a feature wall was built with a center display to feature her mini pots.

Kitchen:

Kitchen was redone with a sliding door to keep out the fumes with a beautiful sintered stone finish top and book-match high backing.

Bedrooms:

Kids room were furbished with customize suspended cabinet with display for easy to access storybooks.

They needed a solution for their both wardrobe as both my clients have lots of clothing. Hence created 2 wardrobe that works for both party plus a display cabinet for wife bag.

Bathrooms:

The house have a total of 3 bath, 2 baths(parents + kids) were revamp to suit the theme. The master bath was beautifully wrapped in marble so a good polish down brought the marble back alive. Having customize vanity mirror and sink gives user of bath ample storage.
